The OSIRIS Rex mission gathered samples of Asteroid Bennu.^[1]​ Upon their return to Earth it was discovered samples^[2]​ contained carbon and water and other ingredients, which are necessary for life to arise^[3]​. Biologists have speculated what would be necessary for the advent of living organisms to occur. Now some biologists are quite confident in their conclusions, especially that carbon and water are essential.
